Tula enterprise PJSC "NPO "Strela" (part of the Almaz-Antey Concern) has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region against JSC "Saratov Aggregate Plant" for 291 million rubles. The information appeared in the file of arbitration cases.
The lawsuit was filed with the court at the end of August. "Strela" demands the recovery of 268.6 million rubles for delivered products and 22.8 million rubles of penalties. The case was transferred to a closed regime, so details about specific defense products are not disclosed.
JSC "Saratov Aggregate Plant" specializes in the production of electric motors, generators and transformers.
Since 2016, the company has been headed by Andrey Fetisov. The company has licenses for the development and repair of aircraft, as well as a license to work in the space sector.
The parent company of NPO Strela is Almaz Antey, whose production facilities build advanced S-500 Prometheus anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM).
