The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has set the task of training at least 15,000 specialists in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This was announced by the head of the department, Valery Falkov, during a lecture at the "Knowledge. First" marathon at VDNKh in Moscow.
We have included special modules on artificial intelligence in all educational programs for students, regardless of their future profession.
Regardless of your future profession — biologist, lawyer, physicist, chemist, or journalist — you should understand how to use AI in your work, the minister explained. And specialists with a deep knowledge of mathematics will be directly involved in the development of AI technologies, Falkov concluded.
In Russia, more and more employers are paying attention to neuro network skills when recruiting employees. Confident AI users are offered higher salaries than other applicants. Most often, specialists with such experience are required in the fields of finance, marketing, advertising, and technology companies.
