The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, stated that this year the organizers of the Direct Line with Vladimir Putin want to focus on collecting the maximum number of appeals from citizens. The main goal of the event is to ensure that as many people as possible receive live answers to their questions and appeals.
Various structures, including the "People's Front", will be involved in the preparation for this important event to ensure broad coverage and active participation of the population. Peskov noted that artificial intelligence will play a significant role in processing appeals. It will help to effectively cope with the large volume of incoming questions.
The work of ministries and departments will begin already at the stage of collecting questions, which creates opportunities for prompt response. The Direct Line will be combined with a large press conference.
As a reminder, the previous Direct Line took place on December 19, 2024.
