During the «Zapad-2025» exercises, marines used the B05Ya01 «Beregok» combat module installed on Russian BMP-2M infantry fighting vehicles. This was done to destroy a mock unmanned surface vessel (USV) of the enemy.
The module installed on the shore worked out the tasks of defending during the landing of a naval landing force at the Baltic Fleet training ground in the Kaliningrad region.
The footage demonstrates how our weapons system fires from a 30-millimeter 2A42 cannon, and also destroys a target simulating an unmanned boat with a «Kornet» guided missile.
For the first time, the BM «Beregok» in the version for coastal combat was presented at the «Fleet-2024» exhibition in Kronstadt, the «High-Precision Systems» holding, which developed the module, recalled.
«Beregok» is armed with an automatic cannon, a PKTM machine gun, an AG-30M automatic grenade launcher and two launchers with anti-tank missiles. The combat module is equipped with a modern fire control system, including a panoramic sight for the commander and a combined sight for the gunner.
Earlier www1 reported that Vladimir Putin arrived at the «Mulino» training ground, where the main phase of the «Zapad-2025» exercises unfolded
