Один из ключевых поставщиков автопрома: «Завод Автокомпонент» почти банкрот

The company owes 62.9 million rubles

The Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region recognized Vladislav Semenov's application for bankruptcy of Avtokomponent Plant LLC as justified on August 21.

The plant owes Semenov 62.9 million rubles. This became sufficient grounds for launching the bankruptcy procedure. The external manager will manage the enterprise until January 21, 2026, after which the arbitration court will decide on the further course of the case.

The latest data on the financial and economic activities of the plant are dated 2023. At the end of the year, revenue amounted to 83 million rubles, net profit — 19.2 million, and equity — 42.3 million. All key indicators deteriorated compared to 2022 by 24-77%. The main capital suffered the greatest losses.

There is no up-to-date information on the current state of the enterprise in the public domain. If negative financial trends continue in 2024, the owners may decide to write off the plant, at least as a legal entity.

The problems of "Avtokomponent" are not new. In 2019, the plant already faced conflicts with a major supplier, "Polyplastic", which initiated bankruptcy proceedings against a number of the partner's enterprises due to debts.

The plant is still owned and managed by Avtokomponent Management Company JSC, information about the owners and founders of which is hidden. The capitalization of the Syzran assets is 297.6 million rubles, and the company finished 2023 with losses.

At the same time, the management company demonstrates good results: at the end of 2023, it increased its net profit by more than 500% to 149.1 million rubles, and capitalization reached 1.1 billion rubles, which is 17% more compared to 2022. The Avtokomponent Group claims that its enterprises employ more than 2,000 people, but tax accounting data show the absence of employed workers at the plants in Nizhny Novgorod and Syzran. Probably, all employees are employed through outsourcing from affiliated structures.

Despite this, the group positions itself as a Russian leader in the development and production of plastic parts, offering more than 2,000 types of products for the automotive industry and other industries. The largest production site of the holding is located in Tolyatti.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the largest machine-building plant, NPO Sibselmash, was declared fully bankrupt.
