The Seventh Arbitration Court of Appeal in Tomsk has completed the bankruptcy case of NPO "Sibselmash", which was once the largest machine-building enterprise in the Novosibirsk region. This information was published on the "Fedresurs" portal.
The court of appeal decided to adopt a new judicial act in the case. To complete the bankruptcy proceedings against the open joint-stock company NPO "Sibselmash".
"Sibselmash" was established in 1929 to produce agricultural equipment. Over time, the plant became a defense plant but returned to the production of agricultural machinery.
Since 2009, the company belonged to "Rostec". In 2012, bankruptcy proceedings were introduced at "Sibselmash", at that time the amount of the company's debts was estimated at 1.6 billion rubles.
In May 2025, it became known that JSC "NPO Kurganpribor" became the winner of the auction for the acquisition of the property of the bankrupt OJSC "Sibselmash-Spetstekhnika". A number of Ural media also reported that the company came under the management of "Kurganpribor". This may mean a new chapter in the history of this once significant player in the machine-building market.
