The service and utility vessel "Mercury" (project 20221A) and a cargo-passenger barge (project 272023) were launched at the production site of the Livadia Ship Repair Plant in the Primorsky Territory. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
The barge is being built by order of the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Primorsky Territory. The vessel is designed for the transportation of deck cargo, vehicles and passengers. It can be used as a ferry within a 20-mile coastal zone with a flight duration of up to 24 hours.

- Draft — 1.2 m
- Main engine power — 2 x 220 kW
- Capacity — up to 30 passengers
The service and utility vessel "Mercury" will be used in the Kamchatka Directorate for Technical Support of Supervision at Sea. The vessel is suitable for environmental protection measures, environmental monitoring of water areas, and hydrographic works.

Also, the shipbuilders of the Livadia Ship Repair Plant are building a high-speed passenger catamaran on underwater wings of project HSC 200, a self-propelled barge of project 20220A, a car-passenger ferry of project 03770, as well as a floating dock of project LRZ2023PD.
