Белорусский «Альфа-Банк» вводит комиссию 1% за пополнение счёта в рублях с 1 октября

The fee will affect transfers in BYN from non-residents and replenishments in RUB from other banks

Starting October 1, 2025, Belarusian "Alfa-Bank" will charge a 1% commission for replenishing accounts in rubles. The new rules apply to replenishments in Belarusian rubles (BYN) from non-resident banks, except for transfers through BISS/SMP cross-border systems, as well as replenishments in Russian rubles (RUB) from other Belarusian banks and from non-resident banks.

Previously, the bank introduced a 3% commission for non-residents for card payments outside Belarus, with a subsequent clarification: the commission does not apply if the payment is made in the account currency.

As a result, the total costs for replenishment and foreign card payments of "Alfa-Bank" in currencies other than USD and EUR may reach 4%.
