Lada Iskra SW and Lada Aura were presented at the 13th International Eurasian Taxi Forum (MEFT) in versions for the taxi industry. While the Lada Aura modification for transportation was already shown in June at the SPIEF, this was a premiere for the Iskra SW station wagon.
The car received a branded taxi color scheme, "checkers" on the roof and, according to unofficial data, an interior with trim made of materials designed for intensive use.
Lada Iskra is available in sedan, station wagon and cross-version bodies. The engine range includes 1.6-liter engines with a capacity of 90 and 106 hp. The basic version is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox, a 6-speed "mechanics" and a variator are available for a more powerful engine. The cost of the model varies from 1.25 to 1.8 million rubles.
