To carry out the new mission, two missiles, also known as TKB-1030 — the aviation version of the Kornet-D with a laser homing head, were suspended under the wings.

Such a weapon can hit targets at a range of 12 km, and the cumulative tandem warhead has a high ability to penetrate multi-layered armor reinforced with dynamic protection.

About the Orion UAV

The Orion UAV has the ability to perform both reconnaissance and strike actions. With the help of the system, enemy objects are detected and target designation is provided for various types of ammunition, both standard and high-precision, the weight of which can reach 100 kg.

The payload capacity of Orion is 200 kg, which allows 1-2 missiles to be suspended on it.
