The Russian multi-purpose armored vehicle AMN-590951 "Spartak" (developed by the "Military Industrial Company") was spotted in the army of Chad during a parade marking the 65th anniversary of the country's independence.

"Spartak" is designed to transport military personnel and conduct reconnaissance. The vehicle has enhanced mine and ballistic protection.

Apparently, Chad is seeking to modernize its armed forces and relies on Moscow for the purchase of combat vehicles. At the same time, Russia has not officially confirmed the transfer of AMN-590951 "Spartak" to Chad.
