Advanced avionics and strike power have turned the Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighter into a real nightmare on the battlefield, according to aviation expert Roman Gusarov.
According to him, in a direct air combat, the domestic aircraft has a colossal advantage over the American F-16, the French Mirage, or any Soviet fourth-generation fighter.
The Su-57 is a universal aircraft. Previously, strike aircraft were divided into fighters, bombers, and attack aircraft. However, the Su-57 can perform any task, including equally successfully using both hypersonic missiles and gliding bombs.
The most important difference from competitors is the latest onboard systems. Gusarov explained that AI is planned to be implemented in the aircraft, thanks to which it can be used with a group of S-70 Okhotnik drones. No one in the world has such technologies now.
Earlier www1.ru reported that India wanted to speed up the supply of S-400 Triumf SAM systems from Russia.
