The State Public Institution "Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space" (AMPP) has announced a tender for the purchase of software for road cameras. The system will analyze data from cameras and record parking violations. The contract is estimated at 1.77 billion rubles, and applications are accepted until August 18.
The program will be able to recognize 20 types of violations, including parking on the sidewalk, bike paths, and lawns. It will also check whether the driver has paid for parking. The contractor must provide remote access to the software for three years.
This is the fourth such tender since December 2024. Previously, AMPP had already purchased similar systems for a total of 5.5 billion rubles. In all cases, the winner was Street Falcon, whose cameras have been operating in Moscow since 2018.
