The problems arose due to technical work on the part of the air carrier

Aeroflot Airlines announced temporary restrictions on access to the personal account of the Aeroflot Bonus program. This is due to technical work necessary to improve the service. The airline emphasized that all data of program participants will be saved in full.

Currently, users cannot log into their accounts, but this will not affect their accumulated miles. Program participants can continue to use services such as expedited check-in at airports and access to business lounges.

After the completion of technical work, participants will be able to re-issue award tickets and accumulate miles for flights, as well as for purchases and services from partner banks. The airline promises to announce the restoration of access to the personal account additionally.

Aeroflot is making every effort to complete the work as soon as possible and restore the full functioning of the system, the airline's press service emphasized.
