Yandex Market has introduced a new "one-click" return service for goods using Lavka couriers. This was reported by the company's press service.
Now, customers can return an unsuitable product and order groceries at the same time. The courier will deliver the order from Lavka and pick up the return within 15–30 minutes.
The service is available for all goods in Moscow, except for the Ultima category. In the future, it is planned to expand to all cities where Yandex Lavka operates.
To use the service, the buyer needs to upload a photo of the product in the application and select "one-click" return. The service is only available in the darkstore operating areas. After that, you can call a courier and place an order in Lavka.
The courier will check and pack the returned product in a protective bag, and then pick it up and deliver the groceries. Returns are available during the operating hours of the nearest darkstore, information about which is available in the application.
