The production of Su-34 fighter-bombers at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after Valery Chkalov has approximately doubled. This assessment was made by the Western publication Military Watch Magazine (MWM).
Referring to the head of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec), Vadim Badeha noted that the company operates in three shifts.
The last time the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) received Su-34 in July in 2025. The previous batch of aircraft was delivered in mid-April, while in 2024 it was reported that batches were shipped on April 5, June 17, September 2, October 9, November 25 and December 23.
Su-34M combat aircraft received revolutionary capabilities thanks to the universal reconnaissance containers "Sych".
Earlier www1.ru reported that a new wide-body aircraft will appear in Russia: the development deadlines have been announced.
