The operator VimpelCom (operating under the Beeline brand) has updated the terms of its "plan b." tariff. It has added 30 free minutes for scooter and bicycle rentals through a partnership with the Whoosh kicksharing team.
New and existing tariff customers can activate free minutes in the Whoosh mobile application. These minutes can be used for one trip or divided into several short rental sessions. The remaining minutes will be displayed in the application.
The "plan b." tariff was created to support the younger generation in their daily tasks and their desire for self-expression. In April 2025, the operator relaunched the tariff, which combines familiar telecom services with access to neural networks without VPN and includes compensation for a Telegram Premium subscription.
