Special anti-drone cartridges have been developed for the Russian military. The ammunition is unified for use with the Kalashnikov assault rifle.
The new cartridges are many times more effective compared to standard ones due to the fact that instead of a bullet, they contain shot placed in a special way. In the future, new anti-drone cartridges will become an integral part of every soldier's wearable combat gear.
Now, servicemen do not need to additionally carry an anti-drone electronic warfare gun or a "smoothbore". It is enough to simply attach a magazine loaded with special cartridges to the "Kalash" and hit the "bird".
