The system reduces costs and prevents product shortages through rapid data processing

At Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), an intelligent warehouse inventory management system has been developed that can process data in seconds and generate recommendations to prevent equipment and employee downtime.

The system is based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies and is a multi-module online service with a cloud architecture. It can be integrated with corporate information systems, allowing managing the main business processes of the enterprise in a single software environment.

The product is focused on retail, manufacturing enterprises, and e-commerce.

The development helps solve two key tasks of warehouse logistics — prevent overstocking, which leads to increased storage costs, and avoid shortages, which can cause downtime and lost profits. The system is highly productive: data processing takes less than 5 seconds. At the same time, it is easily scalable, safe to operate, and easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface.

Implementation costs are estimated at approximately 160 thousand rubles, which makes the product accessible to a wide range of companies. The cost of the development itself amounted to about one million rubles. According to the authors, the system is competitive in the warehouse logistics market and can significantly improve inventory management efficiency.
