The Russian fiber-optic FPV drone "Knyaz Vandal Novgorodsky" has been equipped with an automated reporting system that allows analyzing the work of operators. With its help, it is possible to keep statistics on the effectiveness of combat use of UAVs, said Alexey Chadaev, General Director of the Scientific and Production Center (NPC) "Ushkuynik".
According to him, information about each drone flight is stored on the server. This is necessary so that in the future, the leadership of unmanned systems troops can operate with big data.
Chadaev added that since 2024, "Knyaz Vandal Novgorodsky" has been constantly modernized.
A version of the drone with a thermal imager for working at night has appeared. A version with an increased range of up to 23 kilometers has been created, many changes have been made "under the hood".
Initiation boards have also been added to the UAV, allowing control of the payload.
