The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) is working with the Ministry of Defense to bring prices in state contracts to "realistic levels." This should reduce the number of unprofitable agreements for the company, according to UAC head Vadim Badekha.
According to him, the corporation is trying to ensure that by the end of the year, the number of unprofitable contracts is close to zero or minimal. In the UAC model range in the "military aviation" category are the Su-57, Su-75, Su-35, Tu-130, Tu-95MS, and others.
Everyone, including the Ministry of Defense, understands that the state defense order should not be unprofitable. At the same time, we also understand that the ministry should save money, including by reducing the price of products. The task is to find a middle ground so that there is a profit that can be used, if necessary, for example, to expand production.
Badekha explained that the state defense order is based on a system where the company must prove its cost.
That is, not commercial mechanisms and investment potential, but the formation of cost and its verification. But what's next? The set price does not always keep up with the actual price.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that detailed shots of the Russian UMPC aerial bomb for the Su-34 and Su-57 have appeared.
