Russian military personnel have begun attaching Type 75 107-mm multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) to mobile chassis. In this case, the launcher was placed on a UAZ-3303 "Loaf" truck.
Often, the system is typically used as a small-sized and nimble field MLRS for the near zone, which is easy to hide in a field underground shelter, easy and quick to roll out manually, fire a volley, and quickly hide again in the shelter.
The Type 75 can easily fire up to 12 rounds equivalent to a 105-mm howitzer at a range of up to 8.5 km in less than 10 seconds from a weapon of almost toy size - a useful option.
