Artem Korenyako, an official representative of Rosaviatsia, showed the first shots of the fuselage of the latest experimental regional turboprop aircraft TVRS-44 "Ladoga".
The fuselage was placed at the production site of the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA). It was assembled at the Samara plant "Aviakor" at the beginning of the year. Later delivered to UZGA for assembly of the "Ladoga" prototype.
About the "Ladoga" aircraft
TVRS-44 "Ladoga" (turboprop regional aircraft for 44 passengers) is being developed by UZGA for local airlines. It is assumed that it will replace An-24, An-26, ATR-42, DHC-300, CRJ-100.
The production chain for the project includes enterprises in Smolensk, Samara, Taganrog, Komsomolsk-on-Amur and Nizhny Novgorod. Deliveries of "Ladoga" to carriers will begin in 2028.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the assembly of the fuselage sections of the MS-21 aircraft was completed in Irkutsk.
