The International Aviation and Space Salon (MAKS) will not be held in 2025; it has been postponed to 2026. This was announced by the head of the Rostec State Corporation, Sergey Chemezov.

In 2023, the air show in Zhukovsky was postponed to July 23–28, 2024. When postponing the event, the organizers planned to hold it for two years in a row — in 2024 and 2025.
However, in June 2024, MAKS was decided to be postponed to 2025. The last time the air show was held was in July 2021.
At the event, agreements were signed for a total amount of over 265 billion rubles over six days. More than 800 companies from 56 countries of the world took part in the exhibition, including in absentia. The exposition area was 105 thousand square meters.
