Failure to fulfill a state contract by companies during martial law in Russia will allow the suspension of shareholders' rights and the introduction of external management. The decree of the President of the country, Vladimir Putin, was published on the legal information portal.
The document states that, at the suggestion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, such a measure may be introduced "to the extent necessary for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations".
It concerns aircraft and shipbuilding companies and their subcontractors. The work of the companies will be evaluated by a working group under the board of the Military-Industrial Commission.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Russian guided aerial bombs deviate from the aiming point by only one meter.
