Tankers of the Russian troops grouping protected their vehicles from drones with the help of bundles of steel wire. An unusual find by the soldiers helps tanks remain intact and unharmed in combat conditions.
The tanks received bundles of rods that were welded on top of the anti-drone visor. Before the combat mission, they are fluffed up.
And when drones arrive, they are impaled on these needles, like a piece of meat on a skewer. The distance from the explosion to the body of the combat vehicle is also significantly increased.
It is noted that steel needles significantly increase the survivability of "tank-hedgehogs". In addition, they can turn an attacking drone into a trophy, as copters often get stuck in the elements of protection.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the latest 9M134 Bulat missile will increase the ammunition load of the ATGM by four times.
