A new project from Beeline has appeared in the world of Minecraft — "Scam Hunters." The interactive game is aimed at teaching users how to avoid the traps of attackers.
Players become scam hunters and explore the vast virtual city of ScamCity. Their task is to identify fraud schemes and detain attackers, using special security boosters on their virtual smartphones. For a successful investigation, it is necessary to communicate with victims and collect information about crimes.
Interaction with NPC residents — they can conduct meaningful dialogue thanks to ChatGPT, allows you to learn real stories of deception. All this happens in the fascinating atmosphere of the cubic world of Minecraft.
The game features over 100 different fraud schemes, including spoofed numbers, calls "from the bank", phishing and fake websites. Participants in a playful way learn to recognize threats, protect their personal data and use cyber defense tools, such as the "My Security" service from Beeline.
Players will not be left without rewards. For each caught attacker, they receive honeycombs — an in-game currency that can be exchanged for promotional codes in the Beeline online store. The more active the player, the greater the discount. The game also features a hunter rating, and every week the top three players will be awarded prizes such as a cube-antiscam, a hunter's lamp and a T-shirt with a branded design.
The center of activity for scam hunters in ScamCity will be the Beeline tower. In it, players will be able to recharge their security boosters, exchange honeycombs for prizes, get tips on new attackers and track their achievements.
