Верфь «Эмпериум» арендует стапели у Хабаровского судозавода

Cooperation will begin with a passenger pleasure craft project

Emperium Shipyard and the Khabarovsk Territory have agreed to work together to develop water passenger electric transport in the region. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Russian-Chinese Forum in Khabarovsk.

We make electric vessels, including for the regions, and we want to supply vessels to the Far East. To do this, we want to lease several slipway berths at the Khabarovsk Shipbuilding Plant, which was the subject of the agreement.
Andrey Bubnov, General Director of Emperium LLC

He explained that the company is helping Khabarovsk participate in the preferential leasing program. This will allow Emperium to place orders and localize them.

According to Bubnov, the cooperation will begin with the creation of a passenger pleasure craft. It is then planned to expand it to ferry services and high-speed fleet. The new passenger vessel project is expected to be approved in early autumn of this year. After that, the company will begin implementing the agreement.

It is too early to talk about investments; we will start with a simple lease. This will allow us to make the first lead vessel here. And based on this first project, we will audit the plant: the remaining competencies, capacities, people, and based on this, we will develop a development strategy for the Khabarovsk Shipyard.
Andrey Bubnov, General Director of Emperium LLC

He reported that the shipbuilding plant plans to create a design bureau division in the Khabarovsk Territory.

Earlier, GTLK signed the technical acceptance certificates for two passenger electric vessels of project 401001 "Ecobus" at the Emperium shipyard in the Leningrad Region.
