Russian reconnaissance and strike systems ZALA “Lancet” have learned to effectively track and destroy American counter-battery radar stations (radars) AN/TPQ.
The destruction of these radars facilitates the task for our artillerymen. For example, the most numerous AN/TPQ-36 can simultaneously track up to 10 and monitor up to 99 weapons. The maximum detection range of artillery is 18 km, and missiles – up to 24 km.
UAV operators of the Z-16 reconnaissance and strike system ZALA “Lancet” have learned to recognize them in the thermal and visual channels of the UAVs. The detected targets are promptly struck by loitering munitions of the “Lancet” family.
The Zala company added that thanks to the sniper work of the ZALA “Lancet” complexes, at least 19 American AN/TPQ-36 radars were destroyed.
