Rostec Developed Special Cartridges with Shot Against Kamikaze Drones

The ammunition leaves a burning trail in the sky

The Rostec State Corporation has presented anti-drone shot cartridges with a light element containing a special pyrotechnic composition. The ammunition leaves a burning trail in the sky, allowing the shooter to track the trajectory of the striking elements and adjust the aim directly during firing.

Special cartridges "for drones" are much more powerful than hunting cartridges of the same caliber. At the same time, they are suitable for almost all civilian rifles.

The accuracy is also good: at a distance of 100 meters, about 80% of the cartridge's equipment hits a circle with a diameter of 2 meters. This is quite enough for a typical target, a small quadcopter. Only two pellets are needed to hit such a drone.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Russian military received "Zavet-D" — individual protection against high-precision projectiles.
