At the first stage of the maneuvers, the corvette crews practiced elements of naval combat with ships of a mock enemy, performing artillery fire on a naval shield target with artillery weapons.

The Baltic sailors also had to counter unmanned boats. Their mock-ups were used as targets. They were fired upon from 30-mm AK-630M artillery mounts and large-caliber machine guns.

At the second stage of the exercise, the ship's personnel practiced skills in searching for and destroying a mock enemy submarine, the role of which was played by one of the diesel-electric submarines.

In cooperation with Ka-27PL anti-submarine helicopters of naval aviation, the combat crews of the corvettes “Boyky” and “Stoyky” searched for a mock enemy submarine and destroyed it with torpedo weapons.

The armament of Project 20380 ships includes launchers for anti-ship missiles “Uran” or “Kalibr-NK”, an anti-aircraft missile system, artillery mounts, machine gun mounts and grenade launchers. They have anti-torpedo and anti-submarine protection.
