As part of the spring conscription campaign in 2025, the Russian Ministry of Defense is introducing an electronic system for sending summons. Citizens subject to military registration will receive them through their personal account on the "Gosuslugi" portal, and Muscovites will receive them through the mos.ru platform.
The system, based on the state information database, will help military commissariats update information about citizens and effectively organize the distribution of summons electronically. This will ensure faster and more convenient delivery of notifications.
Paper summons will retain their legal force. They will be sent by registered mail with notification to the address of residence or delivered in person. This means that citizens who have not received electronic summons will still receive them in the traditional form.
