The company "Triada-TKO" (part of the "Kalashnikov" concern) has supplied new fire-resistant suits for crews of tanks and armored vehicles for military trials.
Protective kits for crews of combat armored vehicles (AFVs) are made of fire-resistant materials. The equipment includes a fire-resistant coverall, fire-resistant underwear, a fire-resistant balaclava and a fire-resistant insulated hat, tactical gloves and fire-resistant insulated gloves, anti-splinter body armor, a helmet with a headset and goggles.
The kit includes two coveralls - summer and winter. The summer one is made of light and durable rip-stop fabric, the torso is made of knitwear for ease of wearing with body armor. The winter coverall is made of fire-resistant membrane fabric and has no insulation.
Depending on the weather, it is necessary to use various insulating layers under it, for example, from the VKPO kit. The kit also includes fire-resistant T-shirts with long and short sleeves, boxers, and long underwear.
The kit also includes a bulletproof vest, with a V50% anti-splinter protection level of at least 630 m/s. The neck protection module of the bulletproof vest has improved ergonomics and does not conflict with the helmet.
