The "AGK" automotive plant (part of the "AGR" group of companies) will begin production of a new crossover model Chery T43 (Chery Tiggo 9). The car will become part of the line of localized models of the brand in Russia. Its production will be established at the former Volkswagen plant in Kaluga.
Previously, "AGR" had already received certification for the local assembly of three other Chery models — Tiggo 7 Pro Max, Tiggo 4 Pro and Tiggo 8 Pro Max. Three models of the new domestic brand Tenet will be created on their base.
It is worth noting that the company "AGR" announced the launch of a new car brand — Tenet last week. The first model in this line will be the updated Chery Tiggo 7 Plus.
