The Merlin unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has become an important tool in reconnaissance and target designation for strikes on targets. The drone is capable of identifying even carefully camouflaged objects, ensuring the operation of the longest-range means of destruction.
The wingspan of the Merlin is 5 m, and it can stay in the air for up to 10 hours. The main advantage of the drone is a powerful camera with 90x magnification. It is equipped with a thermal imager, so it is suitable for both day and night operation.
From 4000 meters, it seems that you can even read SMS on the enemy's phone.
Thanks to the high resolution of the camera, scouts can adjust strikes in real time, increasing their accuracy.
