The company "H2 Tech" has developed a prototype of an innovative cryogenic tank container T75 (CryoSafe-42 project) for the transportation and storage of liquefied hydrogen. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).
RS specialists conducted a series of tests at the production site in Balashikha. They checked the capacity of the tank container, as well as its strength and tightness.
The result was the admission of the tank container prototype to the next stage of complex and responsible tests. The technical documentation for the container production has been approved by RS.
About the tank container T75
This is an innovative transport equipment with screen-vacuum insulation. In the tank container, liquefied hydrogen can be transported at a temperature of -253° C by sea, river, rail and road transport.
