The SP15 project was developed by AN Marine Consulting. The structure of the future vessel will be made of polymer composite materials (PCM). The use of such materials will speed up production and reduce the cost of the vessel.

Currently, the Baltic Branch of the RS is carrying out technical supervision of the construction of the lead vessel at the Jocore shipyard. It is planned to build a series of vessels of this project.
