The American fifth-generation fighter F-35 found itself next to its Russian competitor Su-57E at the Aero India 2025 exhibition in Bangalore (India) during taxiing. This was reported by test pilot Hero of Russia Sergei Bogdan.
Earlier, a photo went viral on the Internet showing the Su-57E and F-35 standing opposite each other. Bogdan noted that the American and Russian aircraft met when the Su-57 was in the preparation position.
At the moment of its preparation, a group of four American aircraft landed, and they simply taxied past ours, literally 30-40 meters away.
According to him, the planes are actually quite far apart from each other.
