Geely cars and its sub-brand Belgee took the first positions in the ranking of the most economical vehicles in Russia at the end of 2024. This is stated in a study by Gazprombank Autoleasing.
In general, gasoline cars remain the most popular segment in our auto retail. For the second year in a row, their share in the market has remained unchanged at 94%.
The researchers analyzed gasoline costs among the 20 best-selling Chinese passenger cars. The first place was taken by the Geely Coolray crossover (7.2 liters per 100 km).
In second place is the Belgee X50 SUV (7.8 liters per 100 km). The top three is closed by the Geely Emgrand sedan (8.3 per 100 km).
In the category of two-liter SUVs, the Geely Monjaro became the most economical. Among crossovers, Changan Uni-K and GAC GS8 were recognized as economical. The Tank 300 frame SUV closes the rating.
