The Moscow Department of Transport has announced new rules of conduct in the metro. Listening to music and watching videos without headphones is now prohibited in the subway.
Bicycles, scooters, and other personal mobility devices (except for children's) must now also be transported in special cases to avoid soiling the interior and belongings of other passengers.
Movement through underground passages on mopeds, scooters, monowheels, Segways, gyroscooters, and roller skates is prohibited due to the potential safety hazard.
Animals are allowed in the metro only if they are in cages, special bags, or containers. An exception has been made only for guide dogs.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Moscow is testing automatic activation of the "Troika" card in public transport.
