План не «капкан», а «Ковёр»: многоэтажки Татарстана планируют оснастить домофонами, предупреждающими об атаке БПЛА

Intercoms will automatically open doors in entrances

At least 75% of apartment buildings in Tatarstan need to be equipped with digital intercoms capable of transmitting emergency alerts in case of danger. This proposal was made by the President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan, Rifkat Minnikhanov, at the final board meeting of the Ministry of Digital Development of the region.

Ensure the availability of digital intercoms in at least 75% of the multi-apartment housing stock by the end of this year.

According to him, these intercoms will be equipped with an emergency notification function and automatic door opening, which will allow residents to freely enter shelters. Minnikhanov asked to pay special attention to Kazan.

The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, in turn, emphasized that it is necessary to develop more effective methods of interaction between law enforcement agencies and the center for combating unmanned aerial vehicles. Drones are now a serious problem, he noted.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, emphasized that currently, in the event of emergencies, the population is mainly notified of threats via SMS messages, loudspeakers, and cars with screens in crowded places. Connecting intercoms will help warn more people about the danger. This is due to the fact that not all Russians have TVs or radios at home, and their mobile phones may be discharged or in silent mode at the time of notification.
