Marketplaces will be able to verify the age of buyers through "Gosuslugi". This proposal was put forward by Senator Artem Sheikin in order to protect minors from access to goods and materials of an intimate nature.
Sheikin noted that using "Gosuslugi" to verify age will help minimize the risk of accidental or unauthorized access by children to such goods, which helps protect them from information that could harm their health and development.
