В России разрабатывают промышленный экзоскелет с ИИ

The neural network will analyze the position and load on the human body during work

In Russia, software will be created for industrial exoskeletons that will be equipped with artificial intelligence to analyze the load on a person during work. Exzo Solutions LLC and Social Code have joined forces for the development.

The objective of the research is to study how exoskeletons affect the work of representatives of working specialties. Artificial intelligence will be used to analyze body position and load level during work.

Together with Maxim Skokov, the company director, we have started developing software for analyzing human posture and writing AI software for the ProEXO exoskeleton model.
Artyom Amentes, director of Social Code

The developers reported that the creation of exoskeletons will help reduce the number of injuries in production and increase the efficiency of physical labor when performing tasks such as unloading, welding, working on a conveyor, and working in an inclined position.

Artificial intelligence software will collect and analyze data in real time during equipment use. This will improve the design of models, monitor the workflow, and the condition of employees.

Earlier, experts from the Central Research and Development Institute of Robotics and Technical Cybernetics (TsNII RTK) in St. Petersburg received a patent for an innovative active module for the back of the exoskeleton. This invention can be used in both medicine and industry.

Also in Russia, an exoskeleton for people with amputated legs has been developed. This is a frame that supports the body. It is attached to the legs and allows free movement.
