Hyper company in Krasnoyarsk has implemented an innovative project to install ultra-fast charging stations for electric buses. These stations are capable of delivering up to 350 kW of power and are equipped with advanced SmartCharge technology and a dynamic energy distribution system.
In harsh frosts and sudden temperature changes, the system helps maintain a stable load on the city's power grid.
The project is another step in the development of the federal transport system. In the future, the company plans to extend the technology of ultra-fast electric charging stations for electric buses to other regions of Russia.
Earlier, Innopolis University started testing a driverless electric bus in urban conditions. It operates 2–3 trips daily according to the schedule.
The transport is designed to carry students and university staff. It can accommodate up to 10 passengers. The speed is up to 10 km/h. A full charge lasts an average of 10 days of operation or 160 kilometers of travel.
