Rostec has supplied the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations with mobile complexes for reconnaissance and operational management, developed by the Ruselectronics holding. These vehicles are designed to operate in emergency situations, providing high mobility and the ability to quickly coordinate the actions of rescuers.
The mobile emergency response complex is based on the UAZ "Profi" SUV with extended dimensions, which ensures its excellent cross-country ability. This allows rescuers to conduct reconnaissance directly in the emergency zone. The vehicle is equipped with modern communication equipment and an autonomous life support system.
The operational management vehicle is based on a KAMAZ chassis and provides all the necessary conditions for the operational headquarters to work. It is equipped with a communication system, video conferencing, and autonomous power supply, thanks to a built-in generator with a backup power source.
Both vehicles are proactive developments of the Ryazan Radio Plant, which is part of Ruselectronics. They are equipped for data transmission over the departmental digital communication network of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and DMR standard radio stations developed by the Sozvezdie concern. This allows for effective coordination of rescuers' actions and prompt exchange of information in emergency situations.
