RosElectronics holding, which is part of the Rostec State Corporation, presented a mobile control center for unmanned aerial vehicles for conducting rescue operations.
The complex was created on the basis of a high- проходимости KamAZ vehicle, it includes a number of telecommunications equipment for organizing channels of wired, satellite and radio communications, video conferencing and video surveillance systems. The machine allows you to quickly deploy a point for working with UAVs in the field.
In real time, with the help of drones, operators can receive information from the most dangerous emergency zones, conduct reconnaissance of traffic routes and aerial photography, monitor ice, flood and fire hazard situations.
The mobile control center can connect to different types of drones. This allows rescuers to use drones equipped with photo, video and multispectral cameras, a voice alert system, a radiation dosimeter, a thermal imager, a gas analyzer and other technical means.
One of the key elements for ensuring communication was the professional radio communication equipment of the DMR standard manufactured by the Sozvezdie concern. The devices provide radio communication in difficult weather conditions and are resistant to moisture, high temperatures, mechanical damage and vibration. The equipment provides information transfer speed via satellite communication channel from 2 to 4 Mbit/s.
The DMR Tier II+ standard base station is capable of creating distributed digital professional radio communication networks with a radius of up to 20 kilometers. The equipment makes it possible to use up to 8 communication channels, at the moment two modifications of DMR Tier II+ level base stations have been manufactured for the frequency ranges 401–486 MHz and 146–174 MHz.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian Armed Forces received a mobile dispatch center based on KamAZ. It is designed to control the movement of automobile convoys in the rear areas and is equipped with a powerful electronic warfare system.
