New photos of the "mule" – a running prototype of the future Lada crossover, which will be built on the basis of the Lada Vesta SW Cross, have appeared online.
The prototype uses a station wagon with large wheel disks as an aggregation carrier. The photos were published by insiders.
The images show that the car is equipped with large wheels with five bolts, similar to those used on the Niva model. This emphasizes that the crossover will have a slightly higher ground clearance than the cross-version of the Vesta station wagon. At the same time, it is already known that the new crossover will not be equipped with all-wheel drive.
The official premiere of the model will take place at the SPIEF 2025 in the summer, and sales will start in 2026.
