The Express-AMU3 and Express-AMU7 telecommunications spacecraft (developed by RESHETNEV), launched into space from Baikonur in December 2021, are successfully operating in orbit, the company's press service reported.
The satellites were manufactured for the national operator FSUE "Kosmicheskaya Svyaz". They reached their target orbit using their own propulsion systems.
Currently, Express-AMU3 operates in the orbital position of 103° East longitude, and Express-AMU7 operates in the position of 145° East longitude. The spacecraft provide television and radio broadcasting, broadband access and multimedia, data transmission, and telephony services in Russia.
