Sheremetyevo Airport has transitioned to a domestic information exchange system. Instead of French Resa software, the air harbor is now using a solution from Reksoft. It ensures interaction between various airport services and airlines.
According to experts, the implementation of a messaging system in Russian airports required between 250 and 400 million rubles in costs. Andrey Preobrazhensky, the head of the competence center at Develonica, believes that such a software product supports data exchange between more than 50 airports and domestic airlines.
The system integrates passenger registration processes, baggage control and handling, as well as flight management and joint operations planning between the airport and airlines.
