The St. Petersburg "Special Technological Center" has developed the RB-341V Leer-3 electronic warfare (EW) and radio intelligence (RI) complex. It is actively used by the military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces.
The complex includes 3 Orlan-10 UAVs (GSM radio reconnaissance, optical/IR reconnaissance), as well as a mobile control point based on the KamAZ-5350 chassis. RB-341V Leer-3 can suppress enemy mobile communications and send false messages.
The main feature of the system is the calculation of subscriber points, including mobile phones, tablets of the enemy, and plotting coordinates on a digital map. Also, RB-341V Leer-3 transmits data on the location of subscriber points to artillery units.
Orlan-10 UAVs deliver EW and RI equipment to the desired area. Drones operate at a distance of up to 100 km from the mobile control point.
